Microbiologist, Health Coach and Mother
I became a Microbiologist because I’ve always been fascinated by how everything works at its deepest levels. The mind, body, and spirit are all connected — and I’ve spent my life uncovering how to bring them into balance and harmony.
I became a mother in 2021 and again in 2025. Through the transformation that motherhood brings, I’ve developed a strong desire to share what I’ve learned over a lifetime of study, research, and experience.
My knowledge comes from a mix of:
-
Formal training as a registered Microbiologist
-
Ongoing research into healthy, non-toxic ways to maintain balance in the body and home
-
Hands-on testing of products and recipes
-
Personal experience
I help people who feel “stuck” in their health — whether that shows up as fatigue, chronic stress, gut issues, weight challenges, or low mood. My approach looks beyond surface symptoms to find the real causes.
Instead of offering quick fixes, I provide science-backed, personalised, and compassionate guidance designed to create genuine, lasting change.
Why is a Microbiologist a better Health Coach?
I provide another level of care.

Digestion

Digestion starts with your microbes. Unlike a GP who manages symptoms or a traditional health coach who offers generic advice, a microbiologist understands the gut microbiome at its core—how bacteria, diet, stress, and lifestyle interact. This means advice that’s not just practical, but scientifically targeted to the root of your digestive issues.
Women's Health
Hormones and microbes are deeply connected. From PMS to perimenopause, fertility to postpartum recovery, the gut microbiome plays a powerful role in regulating hormones, mood, and energy. A microbiologist brings the science to light—helping women restore balance naturally, with evidence-based strategies that support the body at every stage.
Fatigue
Fatigue is often rooted in your biology, not just your schedule. A microbiologist looks deeper—at your gut health, nutrient absorption, inflammation, and the gut–brain axis—factors that traditional coaching or quick medical fixes often overlook. The result? Science-driven strategies that target the real causes of your tiredness, not just the symptoms.
Weight Loss
Weight isn’t just calories in vs. calories out—it’s about metabolism, hormones, and microbes. Your gut bacteria influence how you store fat, crave foods, and regulate appetite. A microbiologist helps you unlock sustainable weight loss by working with your biology, not against it.

Stress
Stress isn’t just in your mind—it’s in your microbes. Chronic stress disrupts gut bacteria, weakens digestion, and alters hormone balance, creating a feedback loop that keeps you wired and exhausted. A microbiologist helps you rebalance the gut–brain axis with science-led strategies that calm your body from the inside out.
Immunity
70% of your immune system lives in your gut. A microbiologist understands how microbes train and regulate your immune responses, from allergies to autoimmunity. Instead of band-aid fixes, we use science-backed strategies that strengthen your defenses at the source.

Beauty & Skin
Beauty starts in the microbiome. From acne to premature aging, skin reflects what’s happening in your gut and cells. A microbiologist connects the dots—showing how diet, microbes, and inflammation affect your skin—and guides you toward solutions that work from the inside out.
Environmental Toxins
Your environment feeds your microbes too. Everyday toxins in cleaning products, plastics, and household chemicals disrupt your gut bacteria and hormone balance. A microbiologist helps you detox your home and lifestyle—creating a healthier ecosystem for you and your microbes.
